1. What makes Site Guardian Pro unique?
Unlike other website monitors, Site Guardian Pro doesn't just tell you that something went wrong with one of your websites. 2. How can I upgrade my subscription? How can I cancel my subscription?
If you're using the auto-renewable Site Guardian Pro subscription and you wish to upgrade your monthly subscription to a yearly one, you will have to cancel your existing subscription first. You do this from your PayPal account — here are the detailed instructions. In case you want to switch to a yearly subscription, cancel your monthly subscription first — and when you're done, sign up for your new yearly subscription.

3. I just made a payment. Why does my subscription status still say »expired«?
In case you used an eCheck to make the payment, it can take up to 4 business days for PayPal to sucessfully process your payment. With the exception of eChecks, all your payments are processed instantly and your subscription is always activated in less than 60 seconds after the payment.

4. Can I renew my subscription at the same price that I signed up for?
We guarantee you that when you renew your current PayPal subscription, you will always get the same amazing price that you locked in when you signed up.

5. How many websites can I monitor with Site Guardian Pro?
You can monitor an unlimited number of websites — however, your default subscription comes with 10 website monitors. If you wish to start monitoring more than 10 websites at any given time, you can always upgrade your subscription. This way, there's no upper limit to how many websites you can monitor.

6. How reliable is Site Guardian Pro?
We took all steps necessary to make Site Guardian Pro an incredibly robust tool. Whatever happens to your website, you can be 100% confident that an email notification will be delivered to your inbox within minutes. This email will also contain exact step-by-step instructions on how to resolve the issue with your website.

7. Does Site Guardian Pro put any extra load on my server?
